SMOKED SALMON BAGEL WITH SOFT BOILED EGG

Ingredients

  • 4 Bagels
  • 320g Smoked salmon
  • 160g Creme cheese
  • 8 Eggs
  • 80g Green onions
  • 40g Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 5 and a half minutes
  • Once cooked remove from the water and cool
  • Once cool peel the eggs and reserve in the fridge till needed
  • Cut the bagels in half and toast on the panini grill
  • Once well toasted spread with the cream cheese
  • Place the smoked salmon slices on top of the cream cheese
  • Break the eggs into the centre of the bagels
  • Top with the sliced green onions
  • Season the tops with the salt and pepper
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Serve
