SMOKED SALMON BAGEL WITH SOFT BOILED EGG

Ingredients
- 4 Bagels
- 320g Smoked salmon
- 160g Creme cheese
- 8 Eggs
- 80g Green onions
- 40g Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 5 and a half minutes
- Once cooked remove from the water and cool
- Once cool peel the eggs and reserve in the fridge till needed
- Cut the bagels in half and toast on the panini grill
- Once well toasted spread with the cream cheese
- Place the smoked salmon slices on top of the cream cheese
- Break the eggs into the centre of the bagels
- Top with the sliced green onions
- Season the tops with the salt and pepper
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Serve
