SMOKED SALMON BAGEL WITH GUACAMOLE

- 1 sesame bagel
- 60g smoked salmon
- 1 egg
- 60g guacamole
- 20g green onions
- 1g chili flakes
Instructions
- Place the egg in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes (just hard boiled)
- Once cooked leave to cool and peel
- Store in the fridge till needed
- Cut the bagel in half and toast on both sides
- Once toasted spread both halves with guacamole
- Top the guacamole with the sliced smoked salmon
- Cut the egg in half and place a half on each piece
- Top with sliced green onions and a pinch of chili flakes
- Drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper
