SESAME BAGEL WITH RICOTTA AND RADISH

- 1 sesame bagel
- 120g ricotta
- 60g cherry tomatoes
- 40g cucumber
- 20g radish
- 20g olive oil
- 1g chili flakes
- 10g honey
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cut the bagel in half and toast on both sides
- Peel the radish and cucumber and remove the seeds
- Finely slice the radish and cut the cucumber on the bias to bite size pieces
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into halves
- Once the bagel is toasted spread with the ricotta
- Add to the top the radish, cucumber and cherry tomato
- Drizzle with the olive oil and honey
- Sprinkle with the chili flakes, salt and pepper
