SESAME BAGEL WITH RICOTTA AND RADISH

Ingredients

  • 1 sesame bagel
  • 120g ricotta
  • 60g cherry tomatoes
  • 40g cucumber
  • 20g radish
  • 20g olive oil
  • 1g chili flakes
  • 10g honey
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the bagel in half and toast on both sides
  • Peel the radish and cucumber and remove the seeds
  • Finely slice the radish and cut the cucumber on the bias to bite size pieces
  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into halves
  • Once the bagel is toasted spread with the ricotta
  • Add to the top the radish, cucumber and cherry tomato
  • Drizzle with the olive oil and honey
  • Sprinkle with the chili flakes, salt and pepper
