SERRANO PIZZETTE

- 150g Pizza dough
- 80g tomato sauce
- 60g mozzarella
- 20g parmesan
- 30g serrano
- 20g rocket
- 20g parmesan
- 10g olive oil
- Form the dough into a pizzette shape
- Spoon over the tomato sauce
- Top with the shredded mozzarella and parmesan
- Place the pizzette in the oven and cook till the cheese on top is golden
- Remove from the oven and top with the sliced serrano and rocket
- Add the extra parmesan to the top
- Serve immediately
