SELLES-SUR-CHER, ORANGE & FENNEL SALAD

Ingredients
- 1/4 piece Selles Sur Cher cheese
- 150g fennel
- 30g green onions
- 10g parsley
- 1 orange
- 12g olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Peel and clean the fennel
- Peel the orange
- Wash the green onion and remove the root
- Finely slice the fennel and place in a mixing bowl
- Segment the orange directly into the bowl so that all the juice is collected
- Finely slice the green onions and add to the bowl
- Add the picked parsley
- Drizzle with the olive oil
- Season to taste with the salt and pepper
- Spoon onto the plate and top with the selles sur cher pieces
- Serve immediately
