Ingredients

  • 1/4 piece Selles Sur Cher cheese
  • 150g fennel
  • 30g green onions
  • 10g parsley
  • 1 orange
  • 12g olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Peel and clean the fennel
  • Peel the orange
  • Wash the green onion and remove the root
  • Finely slice the fennel and place in a mixing bowl
  • Segment the orange directly into the bowl so that all the juice is collected
  • Finely slice the green onions and add to the bowl
  • Add the picked parsley
  • Drizzle with the olive oil
  • Season to taste with the salt and pepper
  • Spoon onto the plate and top with the selles sur cher pieces
  • Serve immediately
