SEAFOOD SPAGHETTI

Ingredients

  • 60g salmon
  • 60g sole fillet
  • 60g 16/20 shrimps
  • 10g olive oil
  • 60g white wine
  • 40g cream
  • 40g white onion
  • 4g garlic
  • 2g tarragon
  • 200g cooked spaghetti
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Place the olive oil in a sautee pan over a high heat
  • Add to the pan the salmon, sole and shrimps seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Cook for 1 minute on both sides
  • Remove from the pan
  • In the same pan place the chopped garlic and onion
  • Sautee for a minute then add the white wine
  • Reduce the white wine then add to the pan the cream
  • Place the spaghetti in boiling salted water to re-heat
  • Once the cream has reduced by half add the fish back to the pan 
  • Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan also
  • Mix well and add the tarragon leaves
  • Season to taste
