SCARMOZZA PIZZETTE

Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 150g pizza dough
  • 60g mushrooms
  • 20g olive oil
  • 40g scarmozza
  • 40g mozzarella
  • 30g parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the skin from the scarmozza cheese
  • Cut the scarmozza and mozzarella into 1cm cubes, reserve in the fridge
  • Clean and slice the mushrooms
  • Season and coat with olive oil
  • Bake in the oven till cooked
  • Remove from the oven and chill
  • Form the pizza dough and par bake in the deck oven
  • Add to the top of the par baked base the diced cheeses & cooked mushroom
  • Add parmesan to the top and place in the oven
  • Cook till beginning to turn golden
  • Remove from the oven and place on a board
  • Cut and serve immediately
