SCARMOZZA PIZZETTE
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes
Printable VersionIngredients
- 150g pizza dough
- 60g mushrooms
- 20g olive oil
- 40g scarmozza
- 40g mozzarella
- 30g parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Peel the skin from the scarmozza cheese
- Cut the scarmozza and mozzarella into 1cm cubes, reserve in the fridge
- Clean and slice the mushrooms
- Season and coat with olive oil
- Bake in the oven till cooked
- Remove from the oven and chill
- Form the pizza dough and par bake in the deck oven
- Add to the top of the par baked base the diced cheeses & cooked mushroom
- Add parmesan to the top and place in the oven
- Cook till beginning to turn golden
- Remove from the oven and place on a board
- Cut and serve immediately
