RICOTTA WITH FLAT BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 tub of ricotta cheese
  • Flat bread
  • Chili flakes
  • Honey
  • 60g Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Place the ricotta cheese in a mixing bowl
  • Add to the bowl salt and pepper to taste plus the olive oil
  • Once mixed put the seasoned ricotta back into the tub and keep in the fridge till needed

  • To serve toast the flatbread
  • Spoon a portion (120g) of ricotta onto a plate
  • Top the ricotta with chili flakes, honey and olive oil 
  • Serve the flatbread on the side
