RICOTTA WITH FLAT BREAD

- 1 tub of ricotta cheese
- Flat bread
- Chili flakes
- Honey
- 60g Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place the ricotta cheese in a mixing bowl
- Add to the bowl salt and pepper to taste plus the olive oil
- Once mixed put the seasoned ricotta back into the tub and keep in the fridge till needed
- To serve toast the flatbread
- Spoon a portion (120g) of ricotta onto a plate
- Top the ricotta with chili flakes, honey and olive oil
- Serve the flatbread on the side
