RICE NOODLE SALAD DRESSING

Prep/Cooking Time: 30-45 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 100g White wine vinegar
  • 150g White wine vinegar
  • 100g Sugar
  • 50g Lemon juice
  • 2 Pinch Chili flakes
  • 10g Ginger

Instructions

  • Place 100g vinegar into a saucepan
  • Add to the pan the sugar, chili flakes and the sliced ginger (skin on)
  • Place the pan over a high heat and bring to the boil
  • Once boiled remove from the heat and leave to cool
  • Once cooled add to the pan the remaining vinegar and the lemon juice
  • Pour this mix into a squeeze bottle and reserve till needed
