- 30g red wine vinegar
- 60g olive oil
- 12g paprika
- 6g cayenne pepper
- 8g garlic
- 6g cumin
- 1g bay leaf
- 2g chili flakes
- 10g salt
- 2g pepper
Instructions
- Peel and remove the root from the garlic
- Smash the garlic and chop as finely as possible
- Place the chopped garlic in a bowl and add to it all the remaining ingredients
- Mix together well and cover with clingfilm
- Leave overnight in the fridge
- To serve bring to room temperature and spoon into a ramakin
