RED CABBAGE SLAW
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 1 Red cabbage
- 1 White cabbage
- 250g Sugar
- 550g White wine vinegar
- 5g Chili flakes
Instructions
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbages
- Cut into quarters and remove the core
- Slice the cabbage as thinly as possible and place in a bowl
- Add to the bowl the sugar, vinegar and the chili flakes
- Leave to sit overnight
- Store in the fridge in the liquid till needed
