RED CABBAGE SLAW

Ingredients

  • 1 Red cabbage
  • 1 White cabbage
  • 250g Sugar
  • 550g White wine vinegar
  • 5g Chili flakes

Instructions

  • Remove the outer leaves from the cabbages
  • Cut into quarters and remove the core
  • Slice the cabbage as thinly as possible and place in a bowl
  • Add to the bowl the sugar, vinegar and the chili flakes
  • Leave to sit overnight
  • Store in the fridge in the liquid till needed
