PLAIN COUS COUS
Prep/Cooking Time: 0-15 Minutes

- 1 Kilo Cous cous
- 130g White wine vinegar
- 80g Olive oil
- 20g Salt
- Boiling water
Instructions
- Place the cous cous in a mixing bowl
- Add to the bowl the olive oil, vinegar and the salt
- Mix well so that the cous cous is coated with the oil
- Take the boiling water and pour over the cous cous
- Mix well so that the cous cous is completely saturated
- Cover with clingfilm and leave to stand for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes break apart with a fork
- Once is cool enough to handle (wearing gloves) rub between your hands to break apart into grains
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
