PLAIN COUS COUS

Ingredients

  • 1 Kilo Cous cous
  • 130g White wine vinegar
  • 80g Olive oil
  • 20g Salt
  • Boiling water

Instructions

  • Place the cous cous in a mixing bowl
  • Add to the bowl the olive oil, vinegar and the salt
  • Mix well so that the cous cous is coated with the oil
  • Take the boiling water and pour over the cous cous
  • Mix well so that the cous cous is completely saturated
  • Cover with clingfilm and leave to stand for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes break apart with a fork
  • Once is cool enough to handle (wearing gloves) rub between your hands to break apart into grains
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
