- 200g Small red chili
- 30g Black pepper
- 80g Salt
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend till smooth
- Place the boneless chicken into a bag or container and generously add the blend mix
- Leave to marinate overnight or for at least 12 hours
