  • 800g Garlic
  • 200g Small red chili
  • 30g Black pepper
  • 80g Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender
  • Blend till smooth
  • Place the boneless chicken into a bag or container and generously add the blend mix
  • Leave to marinate overnight or for at least 12 hours
