PIRI PIRI CHICKEN WITH COLESLAW

Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Portion pre prepared Piri Piri 
  • 1 Portion coleslaw
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Season the chicken and cook skin side down on the griddle
  • Once the skin begins to color turn onto the flesh side
  • Once beginning to color place in the oven to cook through
  • Once the chicken is cooked remove from the oven and leave to rest
  • To serve place the chicken on a plate and spoon on the coleslaw
  • Finish with chopped parsley
