PIRI PIRI CHICKEN WITH COLESLAW

- 1 Portion pre prepared Piri Piri
- 1 Portion coleslaw
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Season the chicken and cook skin side down on the griddle
- Once the skin begins to color turn onto the flesh side
- Once beginning to color place in the oven to cook through
- Once the chicken is cooked remove from the oven and leave to rest
- To serve place the chicken on a plate and spoon on the coleslaw
- Finish with chopped parsley
