PEANUT BUTTER FLAP

Ingredients
- 500g brown sugar
- 400g white sugar
- 2 kilo peanut butter
- 1.2 kilo AP flour
- 18 tsp vanilla extract
- 9 tsp baking soda
- 720g oats
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 ltr milk
- 800g chocolate chips
- 600g raisins
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together
- Line a baking sheet with paper
- Press the mix evenly on the sheet to achieve 3/4" thickness
- Bake at 325f for 250-35 minutes
- Remove from the heat and cool
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
