MASHED POTATO

Ingredients

  • 600g Potatoes
  • 20g Butter
  • 90g Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Place a pan of salted water on the stove to boil
  • Peel the potatoes and add to the pan
  • Boil for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender
  • Once cooked remove from the heat and strain
  • Rice the potatoes into a mixing bowl
  • Place the cream and butter in a pan and bring to the boil
  • Once the cream boils pour over the potatoes and mix through 
  • Season to taste and reserve till needed
