MASHED POTATO

- 600g Potatoes
- 20g Butter
- 90g Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place a pan of salted water on the stove to boil
- Peel the potatoes and add to the pan
- Boil for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender
- Once cooked remove from the heat and strain
- Rice the potatoes into a mixing bowl
- Place the cream and butter in a pan and bring to the boil
- Once the cream boils pour over the potatoes and mix through
- Season to taste and reserve till needed
