  • 150g Pizza dough
  • 80g tomato sauce
  • 60g mozzarella
  • 20g parmesan
  • 10g olive oil

Instructions

  • Form the dough into a pizzette shape
  • Spoon over the tomato sauce
  • Top with the shredded mozzarella and parmesan
  • Place the pizzette in the oven and cook till the cheese on top is golden
  • Serve immediately
