MANGO CHUTNEY
Prep/Cooking Time: 45-60 Minutes

- 2 red onions
- 6 mangos
- 1 red onions
- 10g chili flakes
- 250g sugar
- 500g white vinegar
- 500g water
Instructions
- Wash and deseed the bell peppers
- Peel and clean the onion
- Peel and remove the flesh from the mangos
- Chop all of the above incredients to achieve a similar size
- Add all ingredients to a thick bottomed pan
- Bring to the boil
- Simmer till all the liquid has evaporated
- Remove from the heat to cool
- Season to taste
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
