MACKEREL PATE

Ingredients
- 500g Smoked mackerel
- 200g Creme fraiche
- 20g Capers
- 25-35ml Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5g Tarragon
Instructions
- Remove the skin from the smoked mackeral and check for any bones
- Place the flesh in a bowl and break apart with a fork
- Once the fish is broken up check once again for bones
- Now add to the bowl the creme fraiche and the lemon juice
- Stir in with a fork and add the chopped tarragon & roughly chopped capers
- Stir in and season to taste
- To serve spoon onto a crisp bread or crostini
- Serve immediately
