MAC N CHEESE

Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 3 heaped tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp chicken bullion (vegetarian like chicken)
- 1 pint water
- 100g heavy cream
- 100g dry parmesan
- 200g cheddar cheese
- 200g dry pasta
Instructions
- bring a pot of water to the boil and add salt
- add the pasta and boil for the instructed number of minutes
- strain the pasta and place in the baking dish
- reserve on the side till needed
- melt butter and add chicken bullion
- add flour and cook till slightly golden
- add the water (hot is preferred) and bring to the boil, stirring continuously
- add heavy cream and return to the boil
- add cheeses and stir till well combined
- season to taste
- pour the hot sauce over the pre cooked pasta
- top with some extra grated cheddar
- cook till golden and bubbling
- serve immediately
