LOBSTER ROLL
Prep/Cooking Time: 0-15 Minutes

- 2 Lobster tails
- 120g Mayonnaise
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Stick celery
- 2 Green onions
- 1/4 Cucumber (de-seeded)
- Pinch Chili flakes
- 1g Salt (then to taste)
- 1g Pepper
- 1 Hot dog bun
- Portion of fries
Instructions
- Boil the lobster tails for 6 minutes in salted water
- Remove the shell and any grit line
- Rouchly chop and place in a mixing bowl with the lemon juice and mayonnaise
- Peel the cucumber and finely dice
- Wash the celery and finely dice
- Wash the green onions and finely chop
- Add all the ingredients together and mix well
- To serve cut and warm the bun
- Spoon the split bun full with the lobster mix
- Serve with a side of fries
