· 2 (14 ounce) cans full-fat sweetened condensed milk
· 1 cup (240ml) key lime juice
· 4 large egg yolks*
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and misx well
- Pour over the prepared warm Gram cracker base
- Cook from 7-20 minutes depending on the size of the tart shell
- Leave to cool naturally
- Serve chilled
