Ingredients

15-20 min 350f

·       2 (14 ounce) cans full-fat sweetened condensed milk

·       1 cup (240ml) key lime juice

·       4 large egg yolks*

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and misx well
  • Pour over the prepared warm Gram cracker base
  • Cook from 7-20 minutes depending on the size of the tart shell
  • Leave to cool naturally
  • Serve chilled
