JERK SEASONING

- 2 red onions
- 2 stick celery
- 6 habanero peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbs jerk mix
- 4 tbs white vinegar
- 8 tbs soy sauce
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender apart from the salt and pepper
- Blend till a smooth paste is achieved
- Place in a bowl and season wth salt and pepper
- Marinate chicken 8 hours before cooking
