JAX SUNDRIED TOMATO PESTO

Ingredients
- 150g sundried tomatoes
- 50g parmesan
- 160g white vinegar
- 300g olive oil
- 10g salt
Instructions
- Roughly chop the sundried tomatoes
- Place the chopped sundried tomatoes in the blender
- Add to the blender the parmesan, vinegar and olive oil
- Blend till the required consistecy is achieved
- Reserve till required, refridgerate till needed
