Ingredients - Lynz burger patty
- Brioche bun
- 30g Caramelized onions
- 40g Foie gras mayo
- 2 slice emmental cheese
- 60g baby spinach
- salt
- papper
Instructions
- Season the burger patty well and cook on the chargrill till M/R
- Cut the brioche bun and mark on the chargrill
- In a hot pan saute the spinach in a little oil and add seasoning
- Once the spinach is cooked place on paper to remove any excess water
- Once the burger is cooked place on the side to rest and top with the sliced cheese
- Place the bittom of the bun on the plate and spread generously with the foie gras mayonnaise
- Spoon on the spinach and then place the burger on top
- Spoon over the caramelized onions
- Finish with the top of the bun generously spread with the foie gras mayonnaise
- Serve immediately
