HUMMUS DUFFS

Ingredients

  • 1 large can chickpeas
  • 10g cumin
  • 220g vinegar
  • 30g salt
  • 100g tahini
  • 14g onion salt
  • 50g water from the can

Instructions

  • Open the can and drain the chickpeas from the water
  • (keep the water as youll need to add some back for consistency)
  • Place the chickpeas in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients
  • Blend with the immersion blender
  • If the texture is still too thick add a little more of the chickpea water
  • Once correct texture is achieved place in the fridge till needed
