HUMMUS DUFFS

- 1 large can chickpeas
- 10g cumin
- 220g vinegar
- 30g salt
- 100g tahini
- 14g onion salt
- 50g water from the can
Instructions
- Open the can and drain the chickpeas from the water
- (keep the water as youll need to add some back for consistency)
- Place the chickpeas in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients
- Blend with the immersion blender
- If the texture is still too thick add a little more of the chickpea water
- Once correct texture is achieved place in the fridge till needed
