HONEY MUSTARD WINGS

- 200g chicken wings
- 12g cornflour
- salt
- pepper
- 5g honey
- 5g grain mustard
- 5g white vinegar
- 5g parsley
Instructions
- Season the cornflour with salt and pepper
- Toss the wings in the flour and place in the fryer to cook
- In a bowl mix together the mustard, honey and vinegar
- Once the wings are cooked through remove from the fryer and leave to drain
- Add to the bowl and toss through till wings are well coated
- Finish with chopped parsley
