HAM & PINEAPPLE PIZZETTE

- 150g Pizza dough
- 80g tomato sauce
- 40g pineapple
- 40g cooked ham
- 60g mozzarella
- 20g parmesan
- 10g olive oil
- Form the dough into a pizzette shape
- Spoon over the tomato sauce
- Add the sliced ham and pineapple to the base
- Top with the shredded mozzarella and parmesan
- Place the pizzette in the oven and cook till the cheese on top is golden
- Serve immediately
