HALLOUMI & AVOCADO BREAKFAST

Ingredients
- 80g Halloumi
- 1/2 Avocado
- 60g Mushrooms
- 1 Tomato
- 80g Baked beans
- 2 Slices sourdough toast
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Remove the core from the tomato and cut in half
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place on a tray along with the tomato halves
- Drizzle with olive oil and add seasoning
- Cook in the oven till 3/4 cooked
- Whilst the tomatoes and mushrooms are cooking heat a pan over a high heat
- Add to the pan a little olive oil followed by the halloumi
- Cook the halloumi on both sides until golden
- Heat the beans in a small pan and toast the sourdough
- Once all items are ready plate them
- Add to the plate the sliced half avocado
