GRILLED CHICKEN AND CHORIZO
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 200g boneless chicken leg
- 120g fresh chorizo
- 100g watercress
- 40g garlic Aioli
- 20g olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper and coat with the olive oil
- Place the chicken on the griddle along with the chorizo
- Cook skin side till golden and the sausage is beginning to colour
- Place on a baking tray and move to the oven
- Cook at 180c till cooked through
- Remove from the oven and arrange on the palte
- Garnish with the watercress (washed and picked)
- Add a spoon of garlic Aioli
