GRILLED CHICKEN AND CHORIZO

Ingredients

  • 200g boneless chicken leg
  • 120g fresh chorizo
  • 100g watercress
  • 40g garlic Aioli
  • 20g olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper and coat with the olive oil
  • Place the chicken on the griddle along with the chorizo
  • Cook skin side till golden and the sausage is beginning to colour
  • Place on a baking tray and move to the oven
  • Cook at 180c till cooked through
  • Remove from the oven and arrange on the palte
  • Garnish with the watercress (washed and picked)
  • Add a spoon of garlic Aioli
