GREEN SALAD WITH GREEN DRESSING

- 100g romaine lettuce
- 60g cucumber
- 60g green bell peppers
- 60g watercress
- 40g avocado
- 40g radish
- 40g honey melon
- salt
- pepper
- 40g Green dressing
Instructions
- Wash and peel the cucumber, pepper, radish and melon
- Once cleaned cut into bite size pieces and place in a bowl
- Clean the watercress and remove any large stems
- Peel the avocado and remove the stone
- Add to the bowl
- Wash the romaine lettuce and slice
- Add the romaine to the cut vegetables and toss through
- Add the green dressing and toss through
- Season to taste
