GOAT CHEESE (PELARDON FERMIER AOP) TARTINE

Ingredients

  • 60g Pelardon Fermier AOP goat cheese
  • 20g rocket
  • 1 slice sourdough
  • 25g fresh fig
  • 5g pommegranite molasses
  • 10g olive oil
  • 2g rock salt

Instructions

  • Drizzle the sourdough slice with olive oil and toast in the oven
  • Wash the figs and rocket and cut the figs into slices
  • Once lightly toasted spread the goat cheese over the slice and return to the oven to warm through
  • Once warmed place on the serving plate
  • Top the slice with the washed rocket leaves and sliced figs
  • Drizzle with the olive oil and pommegranite molasses
  • Season with the rock salt
