GOAT CHEESE AND BELL PEPPER PIZZETTE
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 125g Pizza dough
- 60g Tomato sauce
- 40g Mozzarella
- 15g Parmesan
- 40g Goat cheese
- 20g Red bell pepper
- 20g Yellow bell pepper
- 10g Olive oil
Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough
- Spoon the sauce onto the base and spread evenly with a spoon
- Add to the pizza the red and yellow bell peppers thinly sliced
- Add the diced mozzarella and the grated parmesan
- Top with the crumbled goat cheese
- Cook in the deck oven till crispy
- Once cooked cut and drizzle with olive oil
- Serve on a wood board
