GARLIC SHRIMP AND POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 80g 16/20 shrimps (peeled)
  • 80g cooked new potatoes
  • 20g butter
  • 10g garlic
  • 2g parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 10g olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the olive oil in a pan over a high heat
  • Add to the pan the shrimps and potatoes cut into chunks
  • Sautee till begining to colour
  • Add to the pan the garlic and butter
  • Cook till the butter begins to brown
  • Remove from the heat and add the parsley
  • Season to taste
  • Serve immediately
