 Ingredients

  • 650g Garlic
  • 1ltr Canola oil
  • 4g Thyme
  • 8g Rosemary
  • 10g Salt

Instructions

  • Peel and remove the root from the garlic
  • Place the garlic in a thick bottom pan and cover with the oil
  • Add to the pan the herbs and the salt
  • Cook over a low gas for 20 minutes or until the garlic is softened
  • Remove from the heat and separate 50% of the oil
  • Keep in the fridge till needed
