Ingredients
- 650g Garlic
- 1ltr Canola oil
- 4g Thyme
- 8g Rosemary
- 10g Salt
Instructions
- Peel and remove the root from the garlic
- Place the garlic in a thick bottom pan and cover with the oil
- Add to the pan the herbs and the salt
- Cook over a low gas for 20 minutes or until the garlic is softened
- Remove from the heat and separate 50% of the oil
- Keep in the fridge till needed
