GADO GADO SALAD

Ingredients

  • Gado Gado dressing http://www.chefpickle.com/recipe/gado-gado-dressing
  • 1 Boiled egg
  • 60g Fried tofu
  • 40g Bean shoots
  • 60g Boiled potatoes
  • 40g Tomatoes
  • 40g Cucumber
  • 40g Red bell pepper

Instructions

  • Firstly prepare all the ingredients ready to plate
  • Peel the boiled egg and reserve
  • Once the potatoes are cooled cut into 1" pieces
  • Wash the bean shoots and pat dry
  • Remove the core from the tomatoes and peppers and wash
  • Cut into wedges
  • Remove the ends from the cucumber and was
  • Leaving the peel on cut the cucumber into bite size lengths with the seeds still in

Packaging

  • Using a 24oz container place all the prepared ingredients in the tub
  • Add the fried tofu pieces
  • Take a large dressing pot and fill with the Gado Gado sauce
  • Seal with a lid and place the dressing in the corner of the container
  • Seal the salad with a lid and reserve in the fridge till needed
