GADO GADO SALAD

- 1 Boiled egg
- 60g Fried tofu
- 40g Bean shoots
- 60g Boiled potatoes
- 40g Tomatoes
- 40g Cucumber
- 40g Red bell pepper
Instructions
- Firstly prepare all the ingredients ready to plate
- Peel the boiled egg and reserve
- Once the potatoes are cooled cut into 1" pieces
- Wash the bean shoots and pat dry
- Remove the core from the tomatoes and peppers and wash
- Cut into wedges
- Remove the ends from the cucumber and was
- Leaving the peel on cut the cucumber into bite size lengths with the seeds still in
Packaging
- Using a 24oz container place all the prepared ingredients in the tub
- Add the fried tofu pieces
- Take a large dressing pot and fill with the Gado Gado sauce
- Seal with a lid and place the dressing in the corner of the container
- Seal the salad with a lid and reserve in the fridge till needed
