FRIED CHICKEN
Prep/Cooking Time: Longer Than 120 Minutes

- 400g chicken leg
- 40g Piri Piri marinade
- 160g greek yoghurt
- 40g lemon juice
- 10g paprika
- 120g flour
- 10g salt
- 30g cornflour
Instructions
- Debone the chicken legs and cut into 1" wide strips
- Place in a bowl with the Piri Piri marinate and leave over night
- In the morning add to the chicken the yoghurt and lemon juice
- Leave to marinade for minimum 2 hours
- Place the flour, cornflour, salt and paprika in a mixing bowl
- Mix well
- Take the chicken and dip into the seasoned flour
- Once well coated place in the pre-heated fryer at 180c
- Cook till golden and crispy
- Remove from the oil and drain off any excess
- Season with salt and serve
Top with some sliced green onions and sliced red chili
Serve with syrup on the side
