FRESH CHORIZO PIZZETTE
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 125g Pizza dough
- 60g Tomato sauce
- 40g Chorizo
- 35g Mozzarella
- 40g Red onion marmalade
- 15g Parmesan
- 15g Olive oil
Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough
- Spoon the sauce onto the base and spread evenly with a spoon
- Peel and break up the chorizo and scatter on the base
- Add the red onion marmalade
- Add the diced mozzarella and the grated parmesan
- Cook in the deck oven till crispy
- Once cooked cut and drizzle with olive oil
- Serve on a wood board
