ENIGMA CAESAR DRESSING

- 500g mayonnaise
- 100g dry parmesan
- 30g white vinegar
- salt
- 6 brown fillet anchovy
- place the mayo and parmesan in a bowl
- add to the bowl the vinegar and anchovy
- add to the bowl 2 pinch of salt
- Using an emmersion blender mix till well combined and smooth
- check seasoning
- transfer to a clean container
- reserve in the fridge tioll needed
