Ingredients

  • 500g mayonnaise
  • 100g dry parmesan
  • 30g white vinegar
  • salt
  • 6 brown fillet anchovy
Instructions

  • place the mayo and parmesan in a bowl
  • add to the bowl the vinegar and anchovy
  • add to the bowl 2 pinch of salt
  • Using an emmersion blender mix till well combined and smooth
  • check seasoning
  • transfer to a clean container
  • reserve in the fridge tioll needed
