DILL PICKLED CUCUMBER

Ingredients

  • 500g Cucumber
  • 500g White wine vinegar
  • 200g Sugar
  • 14g Dill (small bunch with stems)

Instructions

  • Place the vinegar, sugar and dill in a plastic storage container
  • Wash the cucumbers and remove the ends
  • Cut the cucumber into 1/2" thick pieces
  • Add the cucumber to the vinegar and make sure they are all covered
  • Place a lid on the container and leave in the fridge for 24 hours before using
