DILL PICKLED CUCUMBER

- 500g Cucumber
- 500g White wine vinegar
- 200g Sugar
- 14g Dill (small bunch with stems)
Instructions
- Place the vinegar, sugar and dill in a plastic storage container
- Wash the cucumbers and remove the ends
- Cut the cucumber into 1/2" thick pieces
- Add the cucumber to the vinegar and make sure they are all covered
- Place a lid on the container and leave in the fridge for 24 hours before using
