COUS COUS APPLE SALAD

- 120g cooked cous cous
- 80g green apple
- 30g raisins
- 20g flat parsley
- 20g pinenuts
- 1 lemon
- 30g olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Wash peel and core the apple, cut into rough .5cm dice
- Place in a bowl with the cooked cous cous
- Add to the bowl the pinenuts and raisins
- Juice the lemon into the bowl and add the olive oil
- Was and dry the parsley. Roughly chop and add to the bowl
- Toss well and season to taste
- Serve immediately
