COOKED SAGO
Prep/Cooking Time:
45-60 Minutes
Ingredients
- 80g sago
- 80g sugar
- 800ml coconut milk
- 200g water
Instructions
- Place the sago, sugar, coconut milk and water in a small thick bottom pan
- Place over a medium heat till the liquid comes to the boil
- Once boiled turn down to a simmer
- Stir frequently to avoid the sago settling and sticking on the bottom
- Cook for 30-45 minutes till the sago is translucent
- Once cooked remove from the heat and leave to cool
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
