CONCH SALAD

Ingredients
- 400g Conch
- 100g chopped tomatoes
- 50g red bell peppers
- 50g red onions
- 100ml lime juice
- 100ml orange juice
- salt
- pepper
- complete seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare the tomatoes and blanch to remove the skin
- Once blanched remove the seeds
- Wash the bell pepper and peel the onion
- Finely chop the red onion, red bell pepper and tomato
- Reserve all ingredients separately till required for serving
- To serve mix all ingredients together and season to taste
