CONCH SALAD

Ingredients

  • 400g Conch
  • 100g chopped tomatoes
  • 50g red bell peppers
  • 50g red onions
  • 100ml lime juice
  • 100ml orange juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • complete seasoning 

Instructions

  • Prepare the tomatoes and blanch to remove the skin
  • Once blanched remove the seeds
  • Wash the bell pepper and peel the onion
  • Finely chop the red onion, red bell pepper and tomato
  • Reserve all ingredients separately till required for serving
  • To serve mix all ingredients together and season to taste
