CHORIZO PIZZETTE
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 125g Pizza dough
- 60g Tomato sauce
- 20g Chorizo
- 35g Mozzarella
- 30g Red bell pepper
- 15g Parmesan
- 1g Basil
- 15g Olive oil
Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough
- Spoon the sauce onto the base and spread evenly with a spoon
- Finely slice the chorizo and scatter on the base
- Add the thinly sliced bell peppers
- Add the diced mozzarella and the grated parmesan
- Pick the leaves from the basil and add to the pizza
- Cook in the deck oven till crispy
- Once cooked cut and drizzle with olive oil
- Serve on a wood board
