CHORIZO PIZZETTE

Ingredients

  • 125g Pizza dough
  • 60g Tomato sauce
  • 20g Chorizo
  • 35g Mozzarella
  • 30g Red bell pepper
  • 15g Parmesan
  • 1g Basil
  • 15g Olive oil

Instructions

  • Roll out the pizza dough
  • Spoon the sauce onto the base and spread evenly with a spoon
  • Finely slice the chorizo and scatter on the base
  • Add the thinly sliced bell peppers
  • Add the diced mozzarella and the grated parmesan
  • Pick the leaves from the basil and add to the pizza
  • Cook in the deck oven till crispy
  • Once cooked cut and drizzle with olive oil
  • Serve on a wood board
