CHORIZO & BELL PEPPER SCRAMBLE

Ingredients

  • 1 Slice Sourdough
  • 40g Soft chorizo
  • 20g Red onion
  • 40g Red bell pepper
  • 30g Green onions
  • 3 Eggs
  • 15g Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Place a pan on the heat and add to it the olive oil
  • Add to the pan the chorizo pieces
  • As the chorizo begins to color add the onions and peppers to the roughly chopped
  • Once all begins to color add the eggs to the pan and cook like scrambled
  • Once cooked season to taste and mix through the green onions
  • Whilst the eggs are cooking toast the sourdough
  • Serve on the sourdough with an accompanying bottle of Diemens hot sauce
