CHORIZO & BELL PEPPER SCRAMBLE
Prep/Cooking Time: 0-15 Minutes

- 1 Slice Sourdough
- 40g Soft chorizo
- 20g Red onion
- 40g Red bell pepper
- 30g Green onions
- 3 Eggs
- 15g Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place a pan on the heat and add to it the olive oil
- Add to the pan the chorizo pieces
- As the chorizo begins to color add the onions and peppers to the roughly chopped
- Once all begins to color add the eggs to the pan and cook like scrambled
- Once cooked season to taste and mix through the green onions
- Whilst the eggs are cooking toast the sourdough
- Serve on the sourdough with an accompanying bottle of Diemens hot sauce
