Ingredients

  • 500g cream
  • 700g chocolate

Simmer the cream and add the chocolate

Mix till smoothe

  • 500g cream

Add the cream to the chocolate to bring the temperature down

Reserve in the fridge

  • 300g sugar
  • 500g cream

Place the sugar and cream in a mixer

Whip until firm

Fold together with the chocolate mix

Immediately pour into the required moulds

Reserve in the fridge till needed
