CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Prep/Cooking Time: 45-60 Minutes

- 440g butter
- 240g sugar
- 240g brown sugar
- 220g egg
- 600g AP flour
- 10g baking powder
- 16g salt
- 200g choc chips
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a small machine bowl
- Mix with a paddle until all ingredients are combined
- Remove from the bowl and place on clingfilm to make logs
- Roll in the clingfilm to make a consistent log
- Tie off the ends and place in the fridge
- When needed cut into 1cm thick disks
- Place well spaced on a baking sheet
- Cook in a preheated oven at 360f
- Cook for 11 minutes or until the preferred level has been reached
- Leave to cool on a rack
- Serve when cooler but still warm
