CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Prep/Cooking Time: 45-60 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 440g butter
  • 240g sugar
  • 240g brown sugar
  • 220g egg
  • 600g AP flour
  • 10g baking powder
  • 16g salt
  • 200g choc chips

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a small machine bowl
  • Mix with a paddle until all ingredients are combined 

  • Remove from the bowl and place on clingfilm to make logs
  • Roll in the clingfilm to make a consistent log
  • Tie off the ends and place in the fridge

  • When needed cut into 1cm thick disks
  • Place well spaced on a baking sheet
  • Cook in a preheated oven at 360f
  • Cook for 11 minutes or until the preferred level has been reached 
  • Leave to cool on a rack

  • Serve when cooler but still warm
