CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 150g Butter
- 80g Brown sugar
- 80g White sugar
- 75g Whole eggs
- 225g All purpose flour
- 3g Baking powder
- 5g Salt
- 200g White chocolate chips
Instructions
- Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl
- Add to the flour all other dry ingredients (apart from the chocolate chips)
- Add the butter and rub together
- Once a crumb consistency is achieved add to the bowl the eggs
- Mix together till a dough like texture is achieved
- Add the chocolate chips and mix through
- Divide the mix into equal size pieces dependent on the size of the cookie you wish you have
- Roll the divided dough into balls and refrigerate
- Place the cookie dough on baking sheets and press down
- Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180c
- cook till the edges begin to turn golden brown
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool naturally
