CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

Ingredients

  • 150g Butter
  • 80g Brown sugar
  • 80g White sugar
  • 75g Whole eggs
  • 225g All purpose flour
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 5g Salt
  • 200g White chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl
  • Add to the flour all other dry ingredients (apart from the chocolate chips)
  • Add the butter and rub together
  • Once a crumb consistency is achieved add to the bowl the eggs
  • Mix together till a dough like texture is achieved
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix through
  • Divide the mix into equal size pieces dependent on the size of the cookie you wish you have
  • Roll the divided dough into balls and refrigerate
  • Place the cookie dough on baking sheets and press down
  • Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180c
  • cook till the edges begin to turn golden brown
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool naturally
