CHIA SAGO & COCONUT PUDDING
Prep/Cooking Time: 0-15 Minutes
Printable VersionIngredients
- 1 portion cooked sago
- 40g coconut milk
- 10g honey
- 80g coconut water
- 80g mango
- 10g chia seeds
Instructions
- Place the cooked sago in a small mixing bowl
- Add to the bowl all other ingredients, apart from the mango
- Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are well dispursed
- Leave to stand for 2 minutes
- Whilst the pudding is standing peel the mango
- Cut the mango into bite size pieces
- Serve the pudding in a bowl and place the mango on the top
