CHIA OAT PORRIDGE

Ingredients

  • 120g organic oats
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 180g milk
  • 20g honey
  • 80g dried figs
  • 10g almonds

Instructions

  • Place the oats and milk into a saucepan and bring to the simmer
  • Add the chia seeds and cook till oats are tender
  • If more milk is required add little by little
  • Once the oats are cooked spoon into a serving bowl
  • Top the oats with the dried figs roughly chopped and the sliced almonds
  • Finish with a drizzle of honey
  • Serve immediately
