CHIA OAT PORRIDGE
Prep/Cooking Time: 0-15 Minutes

- 120g organic oats
- 20g chia seeds
- 180g milk
- 20g honey
- 80g dried figs
- 10g almonds
Instructions
- Place the oats and milk into a saucepan and bring to the simmer
- Add the chia seeds and cook till oats are tender
- If more milk is required add little by little
- Once the oats are cooked spoon into a serving bowl
- Top the oats with the dried figs roughly chopped and the sliced almonds
- Finish with a drizzle of honey
- Serve immediately
